Jetway Broadband India Pvt. Ltd., a prepaid service provider, does not offer refunds or cancellations once a service is activated. This is due to the nature of our services, which are provided on a prepaid basis.

No Refunds or Cancellations:
  • Once a service is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Any unused portion of the prepaid service will not be refunded.
